- A Professional Photographer* will be hired to best represent the beauty of your property across all listing websites.
- You will be Provided* a Seller’s Pre-Home Inspection - At NO COST to you.
- A minimum of two* Open Houses – Your Choice of either Virtual or In-Person.
- Your property listing will be entered into the OneKey MLS and CENTURY 21 Network, Cor-Ace Realty website.
- Your property listing will be provided with it's own Unique Property Website.
- Flyer/Brochure/Postcard will be prepared and will be Mailed/Emailed, place “For Sale” sign and secure a lockbox* (if applicable).
- A CENTURY 21 "For Sale" sign will be placed on your property.
- Your property will be on major Real Estate Databases, such as: CENTURY21.com, Zillow.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com, HomeFinder.com, Homes.com, Zaglist.com, Etc…
- Your property will be marketed on social networking sites, such as: FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube…
- A Home Buyer’s Warranty* will be provided at to the Buyer at closing – At NO COST to you.
